Dreams are being sold, but who's buying?

Story time! So I'm on twitter and I see that I have a random mention from a random person. I don't think anything of it because that always happens. Anyway the tweet is something along the lines that this guy wants to invest millions into my career. Of course I entertained this because I was just that bored and I wanted to get a good laugh, it was even funnier that the same guy was spamming the same copied and pasted tweet to radio stations, Rick Ross and some parody Drake & Young Jeezy pages. I email the guy and to make a long story short he's looking to buy his mother a house and wants someone else to pretty much pay it off for him. He's offering his production, video and audio recording services (even though he said we would meet at a studio...) What he needs from me would be 100% of the rights to everything I make plus I would have to make the connections with the artists to make the music in the first place. He claimed that I would get paid once I come up with a "hit" song but the question is how if I don't have any rights to anything I make? It's sad because somebody somewhere believe jokers like this from twitter or from an email, they tell you something that's hard to believe then at the end of the day once everything is broken down it might be too late. Sure this guy is pretty dumb to tell me so much of his plan right out but it's plenty more that's way smarter that can twist words better, record labels get most of their artists that way. Pro tip to all the artists out there, don't believe half of what you hear when it comes to getting something for nothing and remember what your parents said about taking candy from strangers...
